Return & Refund Policy
This Return & Refund Policy applies to all sales transactions made by VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD (“VIGOR COMP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By placing an order, the customer (“Buyer”) acknowledges and agrees to the terms stated below.
1. Commitment to Customer Satisfaction
VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD values long-term business relationships and is committed to providing reliable products and responsive after-sales support. In the event of any verified issue related to the supplied goods, we will make reasonable commercial efforts to provide an appropriate solution.
2. Conditions for Return Acceptance
Return requests may be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- Verified quality defects affecting product functionality
- Incorrect product, specification, or quantity supplied compared to the confirmed order
- Physical damage caused during transportation and confirmed upon delivery
All return requests are subject to our inspection, evaluation, and written approval.
3. Return Notification Period
To facilitate timely investigation and resolution:
- Any discrepancy in quantity, part number, or visible shipping damage must be reported within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.
- Quality-related claims must be submitted within fifteen (15) calendar days from the delivery date, unless otherwise specified in writing.
Claims submitted beyond the above periods may not be accepted.
4. Return Request Procedure
All return requests must be submitted in writing to:
The Buyer must provide:
- Invoice or order number
- Product part number and quantity involved
- Detailed description of the issue
- Supporting evidence, including photos, videos, inspection data, or test reports where applicable
No products shall be returned without prior written authorization from VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD. Unauthorized returns may be rejected and returned at the Buyer’s expense.
5. Inspection and Technical Evaluation
All returned products are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
Where necessary, additional analysis or third-party testing may be conducted to determine the root cause of the reported issue. The final determination regarding product condition and claim validity shall be based on the inspection results.
If the claim is confirmed as valid, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the affected products;
- Issue a full or partial refund;
6. Warranty Terms
Warranty coverage, if applicable, may vary depending on the product type, manufacturer, date code, storage condition, and original sourcing channel.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the warranty period stated on the relevant invoice or sales document shall prevail.
The warranty does not cover:
- Improper handling, storage, installation, or misuse by the Buyer
- Damage caused during Buyer-side processing or manufacturing
- Normal wear, aging, or environmental exposure
- Products that have been modified, reworked, or altered after delivery
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days after final claim approval.
Refunds will normally be issued through the original payment method unless otherwise mutually agreed.
8. Shipping Responsibility
- If the issue is confirmed to be attributable to our side, reasonable return shipping costs will be borne by VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD.
- If the returned products are found to be non-defective or outside warranty coverage, the Buyer shall bear all related shipping, testing, and handling costs.
9. Return Eligibility Restrictions
To remain eligible for return consideration:
- Products must remain in their original condition and packaging where applicable
- Anti-static packaging, labels, date codes, and traceability markings must not be removed or altered
- Products showing signs of usage, soldering, rework, physical damage, or tampering may not qualify for return
Returns based solely on market price fluctuations, excess inventory, procurement changes, or order cancellation requests are generally non-cancellable and non-returnable (“NCNR”), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
10. Supply Chain & Traceability Disclosure
As an independent electronic components distributor, VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD sources products through multiple lawful channels, including global open market suppliers, excess inventory networks, OEM surplus channels, and independent trading partners.
Unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to order confirmation:
- Original manufacturer traceability documents may not be available for all products
- Upstream supplier identity and procurement source information are considered confidential commercial information and will not be disclosed
- The Buyer acknowledges that certain products may not originate directly from franchised or authorized distribution channels
- Certificates, packing information, date code references, or internal inspection records may be provided only when available and commercially appropriate
By placing an order, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts the sourcing model commonly used within the independent electronic components distribution industry.
11. Industry Standard Inspection Basis
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all products supplied by VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD are inspected according to commercially reasonable industry inspection standards applicable to independent distribution.
Visual inspection, packaging inspection, marking verification, and standard incoming quality control procedures do not guarantee detection of all sophisticated counterfeit, remarked, cloned, or internally altered components.
Additional third-party testing, decapsulation analysis, X-ray inspection, or laboratory authentication services may be arranged upon Buyer request at additional cost.
12. Limitation of Liability
VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to production loss, business interruption, loss of profit, recall cost, customer-side repair costs, or damages arising from the use of supplied products.
Our maximum liability under any claim shall not exceed the original invoice value of the affected products.
13. Long-Term Business Cooperation
For long-term customers and strategic partners, we remain open to discussing commercially reasonable and flexible solutions on a case-by-case basis, including inventory support or resale assistance where feasible.
14. Governing Principle
This policy shall be interpreted in accordance with standard international commercial practices applicable to independent electronic components distribution transactions.
VIGOR COMPONENTS PTE LTD reserves the right to update or modify this policy without prior notice.
